Super Simple Sound Design Document

 Not much to say for this one. I typed up a list of SFX we'll need in Google Docs and started going through the sound packs I scrounged up last class to find fitting sounds, noting down the file paths to the specific sounds I picked out:


The hard part was not dying of laughter at some of the sounds I've come across 😂

7/10: The Mirror

  Wandering around the room, you come upon a weird mirror... what's something like this doing in an escape room? It appears to be fixed to the wall, with nothing of note in or around it. The eye motif at the top fills you with unease. Staring into the glass at your reflection, an odd feeling washes over you. Your stomach tenses. The room starts to spin, and you lean your hand against the glass in an attempt not to double over. CRASH The mirror suddenly shatters, snapping you from your ill trance. Oh no! Hopefully that wasn't too expensive... A glint from the floor catches your eye. One of the many shards of glass scattered across the tile floor in front of you. For some unknowable reason, you feel like it may be important. An invisible force compels you to bend down and pick up the shard, strangely smooth despite its jagged edges, and stash it away safely in your pocket. Standing back up, you take another look at your surroundings, only to notice the room you had grown familiar...
